Purpose & legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your request and contact you about your project. The legal basis is your consent and Ofekia’s legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. It is never sold.
Recipients & processors
Your data is processed by Ofekia and its technical processors (hosting by Vercel, form delivery via Web3Forms), all bound by confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and, absent a business relationship, archived or deleted within a maximum of 3 years.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise these, email contact@ofekia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
